Oahu Business Spotlight: Inform Design

We asked Honolulu architectural design firm Business Manager Jeff Alves from Inform Design how their office changed after implementing our recommended upgrades for their work stations.

"In our business, and I am sure many others, the health of our IT resources is paramount not to the continued life of our firm, but in many ways to that of our clients as well.   After many years of support from another IT service provider we realized that the concerns we had for our continued IT health were not a priority with that provider.   With our previous service provider, solutions to those concerns were never followed through on and in some cases ill thought out action taken by them caused significant operating issues for us.  Finding that the backup process that they had installed for us was completely inadequate and unusable was the last straw.
