Hawaii Tech Support has promoted Tim Ames to Chief Technology Officer. Tim joined the company in 2017 as a senior security consultant and architect of its compliance and cybersecurity programs. Ames brings a wealth of experience from serving with the Department of Defense as well as the private sector. Previously, he was the Terminal Infrastructure Manager for Matson, Inc. and Director of Information Security at Desert Financial Credit Union.
