Hawaii Tech Support has promoted Tim Ames to Chief Technology Officer. Tim joined the company in 2017 as a senior security consultant and architect of its compliance and cybersecurity programs. Ames brings a wealth of experience from serving with the Department of Defense as well as the private sector. Previously, he was the Terminal Infrastructure Manager for Matson, Inc. and Director of Information Security at Desert Financial Credit Union. Ames will be responsible for overseeing the company’s strategic technological direction, development and future growth.

2017 started with a mission to improve our IT service and help our clients with new technologies. Over the last year, we refined our support operations to better support our clients and continue to improve on our service delivery.
